My attempt to dye..

The bubbles in the water remind me of the mould on the bricks
maybe i could use bubbles/balloons to create that?

I used some home dyes and experiment with a burlesque red however it looked more like purple on certain fabrics, but i feel it went well and the dyes turned out how i thought. I like the different tones of purple that were created, it captures the different tones in the bricks. With these samples i will embroidery and try to create more of mouldy effect of the brick.
